Prior to joining the Strategos Group in 2020, Mark served as the Vice President of LobbyTools, Florida's most prominent legislative tracking company. In his role as Vice President he specialized in enterprise development, management, and client execution. Previously, Mark served as a Legislative Analyst in the Minority Office of the Florida Senate where he specialized in environmental policy.
